Need to cancel your tour? Please check our refund policy here and send us an email with your tour date, your name and the reason for cancelation. If you booked through a reseller like Viator or another Agent, please contact them directly. They have your money, not us.
Wet weather forecast? We walk rain or shine and only cancel (or postpone) a tour if extreme weather is forecast. We will email you (or your booking agent) with a plan if we have your contact details.
